Audition for itheatrics Summer Workshops


Information on our summer iTheatrics Academy is now available. Please pass this information on to your students as we’d love to consider them for our programs. Students can audition in person on Saturday, February 29th in New York City or by video if they do not live in close proximity to the city. All videos are due by Sunday, March 1st. (Join MTC In NYC On Feb. 29!)

Want to 'juniorize' a new show?
Want to spend a week with other 'theater geeks' in NYC?
Want to get to know the cool people at iTheatrics (who run JTF, the Jr. Theater Festival)?
Well, here's your chance!  (And the iTheatrics people love 
MTC kids, as we have had over 20 performers chosen for these summer workshops in BOTH 2018 and 2019, more than any other theater company in the country!!)
The following info and dates were recently emailed to us (with the great photo above that includes two
MTC performers, Juliet Morgan & Alyssa Miles!!) and are also available here.
Friday, Feb. 14 - You must email your name, current grade, travel preference (bus, train, or driving by yourself), and interest in seeing a Broadway musical that night) to info@MoorestownTheaterCompany.org so we know of your interest and so we can submit our MTC auditionees together.
Tuesday, Feb. 25 - We will hear audition times from iTheatrics.
Friday, Feb. 28 -
MTC will hold an 'Audition Prep' night for anyone auditioning for iTheatrics (Time TBA).
Saturday, Feb. 29 - We will go up to NYC together; audition times are 9:30 AM - 3 PM at a site TBA.
Sunday, Mar. 1 - Audition videos are due into jiana@itheatrics.com.
Need-based Scholarship Forms are due in by this date as well.

Workshop Dates & Grades:
July 6 - 10:  Grades 4 - 9
July 13 - 17:  Grades 4 - 9
July 20-24 & July 27-30:  Gr. 9-12
July 27 - 31:  Grades 4 - 9
Aug. 10 - 14:  Grades 4 - 9
Workshops: Mon.-Fri. from 9 to 5
1-week = $750 / 2-week = $1,295
Need-based Scholarships are available, but students are responsible for their own housing, meals, and transportation in NYC.
Depending on interest, we can all travel to NYC by bus or train, and maybe see a show that night.
